Each term, you’ll tackle a specific problem such as inequality, sustainability, or the ethics of AI. You’ll study concepts and theories from subjects like anthropology, physics, and contemporary art that provide the lenses through which to understand these complex issues. At the same time, you’ll learn a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods — ranging from coding to interview techniques to storytelling.
The problem-centric degree at LIS creates connections across multiple disciplines, giving you a wide-reaching, purpose-led undergraduate education. On top of this, LIS brokers paid internships each year, to help you build your insight and experience in the world of work.
