Study a Visual Effects Masters abroad in 2025

Visual effects is an important part of the film and television industry, responsible for creating or manipulating imagery. This usually involves creating effects that are not possible for live action shooting, and requires knowledge of advanced design and computer animation skills. Studying for a degree in visual effects will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to make a career in the discipline.

A postgraduate degree in visual effects will allow you to evolve your skills within the area, touching on more complex and advanced knowledge and practical ability. Depending on your course, you may focus more on the practical or theoretical aspects of visual effects. Modules you study could include virtual reality effects, moving image theory, animation software engineering, and advanced CGI tools.
