Study a Design Masters in the Netherlands in 2024

A masters degree in design is an opportunity develop your knowledge and skills. You will be able to blend classroom study with practical experience, and build on the foundation you created at undergraduate level. Your degree will cover more advanced topics, preparing you for a future in the design industry.

Admission requirements normally include a bachelors degree in a subject related to design, and proof of language proficiency. International students usually have to pay tuition fees, but can often access scholarships and grants. Design graduates can choose to move on to further education, such as a PhD, or pursue a career. Job roles could include UX designer, creative director, and branding and marketing manager, among others.

Study in the Netherlands

The Netherlands is a great choice for international students, as it has a very large international population that would be ready to make any new international students feel at home. The Netherlands was also one of the first non-native English speaking countries to offer courses taught in English to international students. The Dutch people have a long standing reputation of being tolerant and open minded, meaning you will feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you arrive in the country.
