About Chemistry, MSc - at University of Sheffield

On our Chemistry MSc, you'll have the freedom to choose from a wide-range of cutting-edge lecture modules across organic, inorganic, physical and analytical chemistry. Current topics range from catalysis and the chemistry of light to theoretical chemistry and technologies for sustainability.

In the lab, our researchers will teach you advanced research skills and you'll spend one-third of your time working on your own research project. You'll choose a research area to focus on and you'll be based in one of our world-class research groups, developing skills and expertise that can help you stand out in the graduate job market.
