About Physiotherapy, MSc - at University of East Anglia (UEA)

Study

The two-year programme will equip students with the academic skills required, plus the professional and clinical skills expected of a newly qualified Physiotherapist. The programme adopts an inquiry-based learning ethos focused on student-centred independent learning, problem solving and decision making. There will be an evolving level of complexity; from engaging with case scenarios that develop baseline theoretical and therapeutic understandings, through to complex situations addressing service development needs.

Structure

The course includes interagency learning, where you will collaborate with students and community partners from other health-related disciplines. You will be assigned your own personal adviser to guide you through the course. There will also be the opportunity for practice development placement, where you can build theory-practice links outside of the normal placement provision; potentially outside the UK.
