The course prepares graduates for a management career in roles such as quality management, food marketing or new product development.
Together with the additional qualifications that you will achieve through the course, the modules are designed to build your knowledge of the basics of food manufacturing, including food safety and food science, progressing to more applied subjects such as food operations management and food supply chain. This gives you a valuable insight into the sector, preparing you for the workplace.
Our full-time undergraduate tuition fees for UK and EU students entering University in 2018/19 are £9250 a year, or £1540 per 20-credit module for part-time study.
