The aim of Doctoral studies is to train high-qualified specialists in the area of Power and Electrical Engineering, who can solve tasks of scientific novelty.
All International students, if English is not their first language, are required to provide a proof of English language knowledge. The following methods are acceptable:

Present a letter confirming that previous education was in English;
