The Bachelor study programme focuses on the rapidly changing global economic environment and the opportunities for entrepreneurial activity.
By combining theory, practice and continuous assessment students will discover how to succeed, either as a professional decision-maker or as an entrepreneur in the business world.
Students learn the entire process of starting a business including finding a profitable idea, gathering funding and resources, developing a plan, starting the business and managing the business thereafter.
The course provides students with the means to identify socially economic process difficulties and the knowledge to create solutions through stimulating their analytical abilities and scientific research skills.
All International students, if English is not their first language, are required to provide a proof of English language knowledge. The following methods are acceptable:
IELTS – a minimum overall grade of 5.5, Please note that IELTS test score is valid 2 years only and older tests are not accepted;
TOEFL (iBT)- a minimum overall score 61. TOEFL institutional code for Riga Technical University is 8498. Please note that TOEFL iBT test score is valid 2 years only and older tests are not accepted;
Present a letter confirming that previous education was in English;
