The Department for Education (DfE) introduced the Early Years Initial Teacher Training qualification to raise the status of the early years workforce, providing specialist practitioners with the knowledge and understanding required to give children the best start in life.
Specifically focussed on the 0 - 5 age range, the course builds your understanding of the theory, policy and practice of working with very young children.
