Our Medical Science degree will equip you with not only the technical skills, but also the soft skills required for a career working in a research or clinical diagnostic laboratory, or career dealing directly with customers or patients. You also have the option to specialise in pharmacology as a dedicated route which will see you graduate in BSc Medical Science (Pharmacology). This route remains identical to BSc Medical Science in years 1 and 2, however becomes focused on pharmacology in year 3 where modules on Drug Development and Neuropharmacology will be compulsory.
