About Master in Corporate Communication at IE University

The Master in Corporate Communication provides our students with a detailed, multi-faceted understanding of how the media, information and organizations are connected. A strong emphasis is placed on the development and acquisition of specific skill sets, with students learning negotiation tactics, design protocols, conflict and crisis management, and supervision & strategic control of news content and flow. Type: Full time Master Degree Format: Full time (Madrid) although with optional online module Language of instruction: English Course Timeframe: October to August Length: 10 months Cost: The tuition fees for the Master in Corporate Communication for the October 2010 intake total 19,000 Euro, including a 1,200 Euro contribution to the IE Foundation. Who: The Master degree in Corporate Communication welcomes graduates with backgrounds from different disciplines such as Law, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Business, History, as well as Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Marketing. The Program: IE School of Communications Master in Corporate Communication is aimed at providing our students with a detailed, multi-faceted understanding of how the media, information and organizations connect together, how to identify and manage stakeholders and how these move about and influence others, to better serve the goodwill. The program places a strong emphasis on the development and acquisition of a specific skill set, which is of paramount importance for any career in Corporate Communication. Throughout the course, students will have workshops run in our MediaLab (radio, television, editing and digital newsrooms) in Segovia. By the end of the course, students will have learned how to work on negotiation tactics, design protocols, conflict and crisis management, supervision and strategic control of news content and flow. Speaker Series. Throughout the year, students will attend a series of conferences by renowned professionals within the field of communication.
