Early childhood studies look at the impact of various elements on early childhood, and the effect this can have on development, learning and health. As a student of early years studies, you will consider the impact of parents, early years settings (such as nursery or kindergarten), and any other wider social factors on young children. You will also promote the rights of children and their rights within settings they come across.

Graduates of a masters degree in early childhood studies will have a range of career opportunities available to them.
