If you are interested in the exciting world of property, a degree in Real Estate will give you a background into the world of the built environment. You will learn about valuation, investment, property management, economics and planning and development of properties. You will learn about how society and politics interact to influence the demand for residential and business property.
Graduates of degrees in real estate can go on to an exciting range of careers such as property developer, real estate agent, planning consultant, surveyor and property valuation.
Your degree will be delivered in a mixture of modes, including lectures, tutorials, seminars and group projects. Depending on your course, you may also have the option to take part in a work placement. Modules you study could include:
