    The hospitality and tourism industry encompasses many different industries. This includes accommodation, restaurants, bars, and transportation. It is a service industry, and can range from planning, management, maintenance, marketing and operations.     An undergraduate degree in hospitality will give you a foundation of knowledge in the area. You will study modules on hospitality management, tourism development, human resources management, and restaurant management. These modules will allow you to develop your skills and experience in the hospitality sector, preparing you for your future career.

    Your degree will be delivered in a mixture of modes. These will include lectures and seminars, as well as practical sessions and potential field trips. You may be required to take part in a work placement module.
