About English Language and Literatures, BA (Hons) - at University of Kent

Our English Language and Literatures course offers a unique opportunity to study at the crossroads of English language and world literature.

Over the course of your degree, you will have the opportunity to examine global patterns in human language, the relationship between language and thought, the links between literature and history, and the contributions of literature from around the globe to our understanding of the contemporary world.
