Our computing programs highlight the interdisciplinary nature of computing and offer the flexibility to combine studies in computing science with other areas of study. Through the program, you'll acquire the technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for a wide range of challenges.
Our Computing Sciences department has expertise in several exciting areas, including Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Multimedia, Computer Games, Software and Database systems, Machine Learning and Bioinformatics. Together, we are changing how computing science is being taught.
This program is also offered as a BSc Honors degree.

The Bachelor of Science with Major is a highly customizable degree program with a wide breadth of topics to study. The degree includes an optional minor or double major. This flexibility allows students to design their degree around two areas of interest, or choose to focus on only one area. Students have the option to keep their program broad or delve deeper into a discipline of their choice. Your minor can be chosen from 60+ subjects, including many offered by the Faculty of Arts, Native Studies, Business or Agricultural, Life & Environmental Sciences.
