Graduates of the St. Clair College one-year Supply Chain Management (SCM) program gain comprehensive knowledge of the supply chain, equipping them to make a positive impact across all functional areas of an organization.
Through this program, students develop a wide range of skills, including operations, procurement, strategic planning, logistics and transportation management, finance, commercial contract comprehension, risk management, customs clearance, import/export processes, and business negotiation techniques. In addition, graduates acquire proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data analytics—essential tools in today's business environment.
The SCM program emphasizes experiential learning, immersing students in courses that incorporate specialized software and practical applications for all these areas. A key highlight of the program is the Capstone Project, where students design an entire supply chain as part of a product import scenario, applying their skills to real-world challenges.
Graduates of the St. Clair College SCM program have a distinct competitive edge. On their first day of employment, they are "Job Ready," with the capability to implement a wide array of Supply Chain Management and Logistical functions effectively and confidently.
