This course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Qualifications needed for 2025:
At least two A Levels, or a BTEC Level 3 National: Distinction, Distinction, Merit (DMM) or equivalent qualifications.
For the degree apprenticeship route, five GCSEs at grade C/4, including English and Mathematics, as well as sponsorship from an approved employer within the industry are also required.
For the degree with a foundation year, a minimum of 64 UCAS points from A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications is required.
