Inspiration is a place. Constructor University is a private, English-speaking campus university in Germany with the highest standards in research and teaching following an interdisciplinary concept. It is one of the most international universities in Germany, characterized by a truly intercultural community. The university, which was founded in 2001, attracts highly talented and open-minded students from all over the world; more than 1,800 students from over 120 nations currently live and study on our residential campus.

Constructor University is a research-oriented, state-accredited university with a broad portfolio of undergraduate and graduate study programs from the natural and social sciences to engineering and economics. All programs are taught in English. At Constructor University, class sizes are small, professors act as individual personal mentors and academic advisors to students.

Students are actively involved in research from their first year of study. In research and teaching, faculty members follow a transdisciplinary approach, addressing issues from multiple perspectives. Fees, Funding and Scholarships at Constructor University

All students are automatically considered for an academic achievement scholarship of € 4,000, 6,000, or 8,000 based on their high school GPA. There is no additional application, and over 70% of admitted students earn one of these scholarships.

EU citizens receive a guaranteed € 4,000 scholarship.

At Constructor University we are dedicated to make our campus and its colleges a comfortable and exciting ‘home away from home’ for you: a place to live, to learn, to personally grow – and to have fun.

This is why all of our pre-degree and undergraduate students do not only study but also live and learn in one of our provided housing solutions. On our beautiful and secured university campus you can find lecture halls, research laboratories, excellent sports facilities, the campus theater and cinema, as well as the student bar and café within easy reach.

Social activities ranging from dinner parties to large cultural events are the hallmark of our vibrant campus community. You will soon make new friends with students coming from all over the world.

Become part of the Constructor University “family” and feel at home. Our campus staff supports you and helps to master all of your personal and professional challenges and ambitions.

All colleges on our beautiful green campus are home to students of mixed ages, nationalities, and cultures. As our student, you will live in your own furnished room within a modern two-bedroom apartment unit sharing bathroom facilities with another student.

Each college has its own servery, where you can enjoy international cuisine with your fellow peers. There are study areas, group meeting rooms, and a recreational lounge in every college.

Once you have been accepted to Constructor University, you can give your preference in which of the four colleges you would like to live in.

Study Abroad Information

Constructor University students have the flexibility to pursue a study-abroad experience in their fifth semester. The International Office supports students wishing to do a semester abroad at one of the university's 61 partner universities across the world.
