This degree course will provide students with an advanced skill set in recording and music production techniques. Students will be given a significant insight into a wide variety of techniques and methodologies and encouraged to incorporate them into their own practise or modify and develop their own new methodologies.
Subjects covered include sound engineering and studio recording skills, advanced music production and listening skills, mixing & remixing, mastering, sound for moving image, acoustics & psychoacoustics, synthesis and sampling.
Teaching is in English, by fully qualified industry professionals and we guarantee good access to the college’s cutting edge equipment, in class and in your own bookable time. As well as hardware, you will also learn many software packages including Logic Studio, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Ozone Mastering Suite and Native Instruments Komplete.
