About Management at Vilnius University

This programme develops professional management specialists, strong in critical and creative thinking, and applied and inter-cultural competences. Students learn about management solutions theories, gaining knowledge of management, marketing, change management and leadership, including sustainable development and strategic management, and other management-related competences. They develop not only subject specific competences but also their social, ethical responsibility, through analysing business management processes based on the principles of respect for an individual, society, country and nature.

Entry requirements

University Bachelor degree in the fields of Social Sciences (Economics or Business and Management).
In case the applicant does not have Bachelor degree in required fields, he/she has to take bridge courses and pass the following exams (20 ECTS): Marketing, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Management or to support acquired similar practical one-year experience with the proper documents.
English language proficiency - the level not lower than B2 (following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
