Studying our CMI-accredited MSc Leadership and Management course will open doors to many exciting employment roles. The MSc Leadership and Management course at Kent Business School will enable you to kickstart a career at the top of a chosen field by building graduates who strategise effectively and solve problems, efficiently. Through detailed learning of leadership and management theory, alongside practical experience, you'll graduate ready to manage change and lead teams successfully. Also available with an optional Industrial Placement.
You'll learn a broad overview of leadership and management in contemporary organisations, covering topics such as organisational behaviour, leadership theory and practice, corporate strategy, business analytics, strategic marketing, accounting and financial management and sustainability and corporate responsibility management. You will finish your master's with a detailed report with the support of a dedicated expert supervisor.
