You'll develop the necessary skills to identify strategies available to firms operating at an international level, and develop an understanding of the activities and operations of multinational enterprises. In addition to this, you will also study the hospitality industry and have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge about the hospitality business.
You'll study a wide range of topics in international business and hospitality industry, from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Modules include Management of International Hospitality Organisations, Hospitality Operational Analysis and Planning, International Economics and International Business Strategy.
Our innovative teaching methods include extensive case work, in addition to seminars, tutorials and lectures. We encourage students to be highly independent learners. Modules can be based on individual work or group work, and all teaching and assessment is grounded in real life situations or live projects. We incorporate guest speakers and the development of your professional management skills is also a priority.
