About Ethics, Religion and Society at University of Exeter

This MA programme was set up to develop shared research interests between Theology, Classics, Sociology and Philosophy within the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

The programme provides a combination of modules focusing on ethical, religious or social thought in the ancient or modern world. It is designed to enable students to think critically about the ethical basis of action and the relationship of ethics to social and religious contexts. It offers a basis for a wide range of types of employment or for postgraduate research in ethics and related areas.

Entry requirements Normally a 2.i degree in an Arts or Social Science subject, or other professional qualification or experience.
