About Civil Engineering, BEng, MEng - at University of Exeter

The Civil Engineering programmes are concerned with building and managing the infrastructure and environment in which we live. Every day of our lives we interact with something designed and made by a civil engineer, the buildings we live and work in, the roads and rails we move around on, and the water networks we get water for drinking and cleaning from. Our programmes combine the technical skills (mathematics, statistics, dynamics, and materials etc) with personal and management skills developed through application and direct study.
