Return to Practice: Module Code SHG367 delivered at level 6.

The Return to Practice course prepares nurses to return to their field of nursing care in today’s dynamic and challenging clinical areas. The course is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and enables nurses whose registration has lapsed to return to practice.

The College of Human and Health Sciences was announced as the winner of the ‘2015 Return to Practice Course of the Year’ at the Student Nursing Times Awards, where the judges said that the course "showed clear understanding that confidence building and creative methods are integral to a Return to Practice course. The staff are constantly striving to improve and evaluate the learning."

Notes about fees for this course

All successful applicants to the Return to Practice course have their course fees are paid by the Welsh Government. All students also receive a non means-tested bursary of £1,000. Additional payments may be made to those who care for children or other dependents.

    BSc Actuarial Science

    What do you do in your free time?
    I am involved with student body organisation based in London called UKEC (United Kingdom and Eire Council). It's a representative of all Malaysian Societies in the UK and Eire. Am currently the National Treasurer of it.

    What has been the highlight of your time in Swansea?
    Being part of the societies and organized student events for our fellow students here. It has helped me to mingle well with the other nationalities.
