Key features

  • Graduates achieve an LLB accredited qualifying Law degree
  • All the compulsory foundation modules required for a qualifying law degree are completed at Levels 1 and 2, which leaves our students with a wide range of choices at Level 3.

Course description

The law and history degree provide students with an opportunity to compliment their legal studies by pursuing a wide range of history modules which reflect the diverse interests of staff within the history department.

As disciplines, law and history are often complimentary in the sense that legal rules are often a reflection of the prevailing societal norms at the time the relevant law was created.
