About BA (Hons) Acting & Global Theatre at Regent's University London

This degree offers training in acting techniques from a range of world theatre cultures.

The programme combines an active mix of theory and practice.  Through a comparative study of world theatres, you will explore your creative potential in acting, voice, movement and theatre-making.

A term spent studying abroad will enable you to savour theatre and performance cultures outside the UK.

This programme aims to produce graduates who are able to realise a production from initial idea through to the first night, and who understand theatre from an international perspective.

Kevin Spacey Masterclass

All students on this programme will have master class taken by Kevin Spacey as part of his work with us and the Kevin Spacey Foundation.

Entry requirements

We invite applications from students who can demonstrate that they have the motivation and potential to succeed in a career in the creative industries, and a level of personal maturity and self-direction consistent with the demands of a competitive programme. We require a minimum of two passes at GCE A Level at grade C or above, and five passes at GCSE/IGCSE level at grade C or above, including Maths and English. Other international qualifications, as recommended by the National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) will also be accepted. For those applicants whose mother tongue is not English, we also require evidence of English language proficiency. Please refer to our website for further details.
