About Master of Forensic Odontology at KU Leuven

Forensic odontology entails three major aspects: human identification, dental age estimation and bite mark analysis. The Master Of Forensic Odontology is one of the few programmes of its kind in the world that allows students to gain knowledge and practical skills in this field and develops a scientific foundation on which you can rely in your future career.

What is the programme all about?

The MSc in Forensic Odontology stresses interaction and cross fertilization with forensic medicine, judicial bodies, and insurance companies, to train dentists and oral physicians to the highest degree in this fascinating discipline and its legal aspects.

The full-time Master of Forensic Odontology (Leuven) programme offers candidates holding of a degree in dentistry the opportunity to go on and specialise.
