The Master of Science in Business Engineering at the Brussels Campus has temporarily suspended applications. The programme will be redesigned with a specific focus that fits the international orientation of the campus. In the meantime, there will be no intake of new students for the academic year 2019-2020. Students interested in the Master of Science in Business Engineering can enroll in the equivalent master's programme at the Leuven Campus. The bachelor's programme handelsingenieur at the Brussels Campus is not affected by this decision, and remains open for enrollment.
A business engineer is an interdisciplinary manager who guides companies from a quantitative and managerial point of view. To this end, managerial and analytical skills are combined with a profound understanding of how business and (technological) innovation processes work. This integration of disciplines makes business engineers able to shape the future of companies and organisations.
