Agencies now no longer operate in silos, delivering specialised content such as ‘advertising’ or ‘PR’. Rather they are redefining themselves as more generic providers of all types of marketing communications content. Subsequently agencies now require graduates with an ability to plan, create and execute marketing communications campaigns across all types of platforms, in a range of ways – from pure ads to documentary type corporate film and from short video clips on social media to large scale TV campaigns with supporting PR and event material.
