About Advertising, Content Creation and PR at Buckinghamshire New University

Please note that this course is subject to validation.

Agencies now no longer operate in silos, delivering specialised content such as ‘advertising’ or ‘PR’. Rather they are redefining themselves as more generic providers of all types of marketing communications content. Subsequently agencies now require graduates with an ability to plan, create and execute marketing communications campaigns across all types of platforms, in a range of ways – from pure ads to documentary type corporate film and from short video clips on social media to large scale TV campaigns with supporting PR and event material.

Our BA (Hons) in Advertising, Content Creation and PR reflects these changes in the Industry. The course team engage with the Industry to ensure that the course reflects what agencies, media owners and clients want from graduates in this rapidly changing world.

Building on the course team’s established industry reputation and industry links, the programme will help give you the relevant skills and knowledge to tap into the exciting opportunities this shift in the sector has generated.
