The aim of this programme is to develop confident well rounded practitioners working in inter-professional and inter-agency contexts, demonstrating competence in a range of key areas including direct work with service users, families and carers, self management and use of supervision, mentoring and practice education. As practitioners you will also develop a range of in-depth knowledge and skills associated with competence a particular area of specialist social work practice.Entry RequirementQualified and registered social workers who have completed their probationary requirements. Applications are made through the candidates organisation usually the training manager. You will be sponsored by your organisation.
