About Midwifery at Anglia Ruskin University ARU

Embark on a beautiful journey towards supporting mothers, babies and families with our Midwifery BSc (Hons) degree course.

With true-to-life skills labs in Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough, our midwifery course will equip you with all of the skills and knowledge you need to start your career as a midwife.

Our Midwifery degree meets the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Standards for Pre-Registration Midwifery. This means that once you've graduated, you can apply to join the NMC and begin working as a midwife.

Student midwives can take advantage of training grants worth at least £5,000 per year.
