Ida Coll is from Norway and is studying the MSc in Investment Management
I heard about Cass through alumni I know who were very satisfied with their time at the School. I selected to study here as Cass has a good reputation. I had also attended an open day at Cass, where I got to know more about the School and the programme. I wanted to study for an MSc to gain an in-depth knowledge about investment management and to increase my chances of getting a well paid job when I graduate. I have really enjoyed the practical application of teaching to the current real world issues, the guest lecturers from the industry, and the fact that there are lots of international students so you get to mix with and make friends from all over the world.

There are quite a few things which have stood out for me and enhanced my time at Cass. One big thing is the amount of quality events that are held at Cass all year round. It has been incredible to hear people like Lord Turner (Chairman of the FSA) speak and because of the overwhelming number of professional City workers attending events, you really get a feel for the atmosphere in the City. I always knew Cass had a good reputation and the constant influx of high profile speakers really supports this view.
