About Mining Engineering, MSc - at University of Exeter

The programmes provide specialist analytical, design and management skills. Taught modules take place at CSM; projects are often company-based. The Mining Engineering degree provides skill enhancement for engineers and geologists already employed in the mining, minerals, quarrying and civil engineering industries. It is also suitable for geology and engineering graduates wishing to specialise in either of the following main study areas: mine and general management; excavation (geotechnics and tunnelling).

Entry requirements A good Honours degree or equivalent in an appropriate science or engineering discipline.
