About Biomaterials, MRes - at University of Birmingham

Postgraduate combined research and teaching degree programme Biomaterials MRes: The programme comprises one major research project in Biomaterials, which can be based in the University or in industry, plus six taught modules, five compulsory and one optional. It is open to those with an upper second-class Honours degree in Science, Health Science or Engineering, and can be taken on a full- or part-time basis. Entry requirements

Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any band; TOEFL IBT: 82 overall with no less than 19 in Reading, 19 in Listening, 21 in Speaking, 19 in Writing; or Pearson Test of English (PTE): PTE Academic 51 in all 4 skills.
