This course is ideal for anyone wishing to advance their knowledge, skills and career prospects in business and finance. It enables you to convert your business, finance or accounting related HND or degree credits into an honours degree in business and finance. The structure of this course is very flexible. You choose which modules to study according to your strengths, interests and career aims. We emphasise developing practical skills and business understanding alongside academic knowledge. We teach through projects and case studies related to real life organisations and scenarios and current affairs. You also build on your analytical, communication and teamwork skills through a range of individual and group projects and presentations. These are core skills employers look for in graduates. In your second year, you can complete an optional one year work placement in the UK or abroad. The placement gives you an insight into real organisations and allows you to put theory into practice. The experience will greatly benefit your final year studies and further enhance your employability after graduation.
