This gives you a thorough understanding of the complex legal, financial, procedural and practical areas of managing construction projects. You learn to finish projects within time and cost constraints, and safety and quality guidelines, taking into account essential legal, personnel and environmental considerations. The course is available full-time or part-time, so you can study as much or as little as your work commitments allow. It also gives you the chance to meet and share ideas and experiences with professionals from a wide range of national and international companies, from all levels of management.
