About Real Estate, MSc - at Sheffield Hallam University
This is a fast track conversion course for graduates from unrelated disciplines who want to become chartered surveyors. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) identified the need in the profession for quality graduates who think creatively and have the ability to lead. We designed this course with this in mind and demand for our postgraduates is high.

The personal viewThe course started with a team building programme in the Derbyshire countryside. Entry requirementsA good first degree in any discipline or an equivalent professional qualification. As a full-time student you must take a period of pre-course professional practice before joining. As a part-time student you should be employed in general practice surveying or have substantial contact with a property-related firm. Successful completion of the diploma is required for entry to the MSc.
