IMI International Management Institute in Switzerland is a unique, private, hospitality school founded in 1991. We offer a comfortable, family atmosphere on campus and personalised learning support and careers advice for every student.
At undergraduate level, our courses in international hotel, tourism and events management are validated by Manchester Metropolitan University and our international culinary arts programme by Oxford Brookes University.
Our prestigious MBA in international hospitality management is also validated by Manchester Met. and is designed for those aiming for senior management positions within the industry. At postgraduate level we also offer our IMI Luzern MBA which allows you to specialise in Swiss Hotel Management Operations or Luxury Brands and Services Management.
In addition, we offer the Swiss Degree in International Hospitality Management (HF Diplom) which is recognised by Canton Luzern and taught in English. This programme allows you to undertake three specialist internship placements alongside three semesters of study. Students graduating from the Swiss Degree can then complete their BA (Hons) degree in just one semester.
We have deliberately remained small, with a maximum of 200 students per semester. This way our students can be assured of a highly personalised and individual approach to their learning. All programmes are in English, but you have the option to learn French or German as a second language.
