The focus of our Master's course is on wood as a material of the future. Among others, during your training as a manager and development manager for the timber industry, you will deal with the following areas:

Characteristic properties of wood as a material
Specifics of working and processing
Economic aspects

In addition to having a basic knowledge of material science, economics, and management, our Master's degree programme allows you to choose your specialisation from the second semester.

Focus on one of the following two areas:

Wood technology: analysis of material and information flows, production processes, and technology used in companies in the timber industry
Timber construction: development of innovative wood building materials, individual focus areas in conception, planning, production, and project management
