Kingston is a pleasant and convenient location. It is surrounded by spacious royal parks and is close to the countryside, yet is only 25 minutes by train to central London's shops, restaurants and cultural activities. Kingston also has easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports which are both around an hour away.
One of four Royal Boroughs in England and Wales, Kingston has a vibrant town centre with historic buildings, modern shopping centres, lots of cafes and restaurants, and a pleasant riverside environment. There are many part-time job opportunities for students.
