SAE Byron Bay offers two year Degree as well as one year Diploma programs
in Audio Engineering, Digital Film Making, Digital Animation and Creative
Multimedia. All of which are government accredited (CRICOS, VETAB) and recognised

Our courses focus on 4 main areas: Audio Engineering/ Music Industry: for anyone interested in a career in recording studios; live sound and theatre and concert production; sound for film or television, radio; or working as a musician. Digital Film Making: for anyone interested in a career in film or television production using the latest digital technology - it covers all areas of film making from television commercials to short features or documentaries; editing and Hollywood style post production FX. Multimedia: the main focus for this course is in website design; desktop publishing; computer based digital graphic design; and CD and DVD ROM authoring. 3D Animation: this is ideal for those interested in 3D design and FX design for film (such as in films like "Shrek", "Toy Story" or "Lord of the Rings"); 3D as it applies in television and advertising; and computer based game design.
