More than 9,000 international students study on our main Bentley Campus, which is located a few minutes drive from the center of Perth. Progress at Curtin

We have been investing in new infrastructure to give our students access to the latest technology. Our multimillion-dollar Resources and Chemistry Precinct is the largest facility of its kind in the southern hemisphere, and provides state-of-the-art facilities for researchers and students. We have also upgraded our film and television studio with high-definition broadcasting equipment, completed a new world-class recreation stadium, and improved many laboratories and lecture theatres around campus.

Choose Your Study Program

At Curtin you can choose from a wide range of courses across our four main study areas – Business, Health Sciences, Humanities, and Science and Engineering. Our courses are designed to meet the needs of industry and incorporate practical and theoretical elements to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to find work on graduation. You can participate in work placements throughout your studies to help you gain important experience in your field of interest.

Get Involved

We encourage students to get involved in campus and community life to get the most out of their university experience. A variety of food, health and recreational facilities cater for Curtin’s culturally diverse student population. On campus, Curtin offers a 24-hour security patrol and a variety of international student associations to support the needs of all international students.

The University also offers Curtin Advantage, a free service through which students are able to participate in a fully operational company run on campus, or take work placements with external companies. Curtin Advantage participants currently have a 100 per cent employment rate upon graduation.

Orientation meetings

Students must arrive at in time for a two week orientation program prior to the beginning of semester. Orientation consists of Prep Week for international students, plus StartUp Week for all Curtin students.
