As a healthcare manager, you will be responsible for making sure that a healthcare organisation reaches its potential, meaning that it can offer necessary healthcare services at a quality level with profitability. You will be involved in budgeting decisions, the ordering of supplies and communications within the organisation, among other things. All of these elements are integral to the successful and effective running of a healthcare organisation.
