Study
This course is designed for graduates with a degree in another discipline who are looking for a route into nursing. On this innovative and accelerated programme, you will discover all the different aspects of adult nursing by training in one of the top 5 schools for Nursing in the UK and gain eligibility for nursing registration alongside a Master's degree.
Structure
The programme structure is 50% theory and 50% practice to ensure you are appropriately prepared for the role of a registered Adult Nurse.
Teaching
Study and train collaboratively alongside a range of other health and social care professionals, including nurses from other disciplines, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, paramedics, doctors, physician associates and pharmacists.
Employability
As a qualified Adult Nurse, your skills will be in demand from the moment you graduate - UEA nursing degrees have 100% employment record. You will also enhance your employability with training in leadership, management, service improvement, research consumerism, entrepreneurship, public health and key population and demographic issues linked with health care.
Open to applicants with a good degree (min 2.2 or equivalent) in any discipline. The employment experience of applicants will also be considered, where relevant. Special entry requirements include having a clear understanding of the health care profession (voluntary or paid work) and an interest in people.
