About Cours Florent

Country France
Number of courses 2

Cours Florent is an international acting School based in Paris. The school gives international students the opportunity to study the Acting in English program, a three-year program designed to train professional actors:

  • Characterization
  • Monologues
  • Improvisation
  • Breathing and voice techniques

Many famous French actors were trained by Cours Florent: Gad Elmaleh, Guillaume Canet, Audrey Tautou, Isabelle Adjani, Daniel Auteuil, Denis Podalydès, Isabelle Carré, Edouard Baer and Marina Hands.

Cours Florent is dedicated to supporting young talented actors. This is the reason why the school organizes an annual acting contest, the winners of which are granted a scholarship to study the Acting in English program.

If you would like to experience Cours Florent’s teaching methods, or simply have an interest in acting, we recommend you to take part in our short programs (7 days) which take place during the winter and summer holidays. Those short acting sessions will give you an idea of what the Acting in English program is about.
